Blocked drain, 12th January

On Monday I was waiting for the lights to change on the pedestrian crossing on the A5 adjacent to the end of Albion Street Dunstable. There was a huge deep puddle of water almost the same width as the crossing that also covered the carriageway for almost 3 feet. Lorries and cars had all been going round it. The lights changed and I stepped forward ready to cross, a car driver decided to ignore the red light and ploughed on through the puddle, I was soaked from head to foot from a tidal wave of water and I do mean absolutely soaked from head to foot. I had to go to Asda to wash my face and glasses and try to stop my hair dripping inside my coat. Fortunately my coat was waterproof but everywhere else was dripping. Please fix the problem, I can't be the only one who this had happened too.
